Body By Amber Fitness presents Booty by Amber! A fitness class focused on building that booty!
When: Wednesdays | Oct 26 - Nov 30 | 7:30 pm | 6 sessions

Cost: $60.00 Snap Members | $85.00 Non-members
Booty By Amber will get kick your butt while you build a butt! This class is suitable for all body types and any fitness level. This class is designed to focus on building and strengthening your beautiful booty!

If you want to challenge yourself more than working on your butt just one day week, you can upgrade your class registration by registering for the BBA Fitness Challenge to tack on an 8 week workout program that will help you work on your total package outside of the days that you are in class! TRX CORE & STRENGTH
Body By Amber Fitness's TRX CORE & STRENGTH is a class that will help building core strength while toning the body!
When: Small Groups Upon Request | 6 sessions | inquire for availability and to book sessions
Where: Snap Fitness Lacombe, 5832 Hwy 2A #3, Lacombe, AB
TRX Core & Strength classes are also suitable for all body types and fitness levels as we will start you off with the most basic versions of several TRX exercises & then, when you're ready, you will adapt them to more advanced levels to make sure that you continue to progress throughout the weeks. Make this class a crucial foundation for your workout program for building functional strength for an active lifestyle.
Will I be able to participate in these classes?
Yes you will! Men and women of many different ages and fitness levels and with injuries that they have to work around, have participated in both the BBA & TRX classes. Modifications are available to help you push yourself and further intensify your workout at the degree and pace that is right for you.
