BODY BY AMBER BOOTCAMP
BODY BY AMBER BOOTCAMP is a super fun class that will introduce you to different ways of exercising. Class each week is different from the last. One day we might use free weights, the next week you might be doing a body weight workout. One thing that you know for sure is that you will get a sweat, increased heart rate, lots of laughs and a handout with the workout to take home. This class is suitable for all body types and any fitness level. Modifications are available.

BOOTY BY AMBER will get kick your butt while you build a butt! This class is suitable for all body types and any fitness level. This class is designed to focus on building and strengthening your beautiful booty!

TRX
TRX CORE & STRENGTH classes are also suitable for all body types and fitness levels as we will start you off with the most basic versions of several TRX exercises & then, when you're ready, you will adapt them to more advanced levels to make sure that you continue to progress throughout the weeks. Make this class a crucial foundation for your workout program for building functional strength for an active lifestyle.
Will I be able to participate?
Yes you will! Men and women of many different ages and fitness levels and with injuries that they have to work around, have participated in both the BBA & TRX classes. Modifications are available to help you push yourself and further intensify your workout at the degree and pace that is right for you.
