This 8 weeks this challenge will…
…deliver the structure needed to push you towards achieving your goals through a well rounded 8 week training program tailored to you and your lifestyle, grocery guide and recipes.

…give you access to the private Facebook Group and the weekly group calls which will bring the sense of community, the support and encouragement you need while you tackle the challenge of making changes to your lifestyle,

Unlike diets, this challenge will empower you by allowing you to make shifts in your nutrition and nourishment rather than restricting you from eating foods that you love.
Besides being fun and easy, these 8 weeks will give you the support and encourage you need. You'll get more energy, lower you blood pressure, find you're in a better mood, it will improve your mobility and might even reduce some pain that you have been experiencing. It will improve your self esteem, your resilience, and will give you the kick in the butt you need when you begin to fall off track. Without some accountability, we don't always follow through. With this challenge, the community and me as your coach, you will get the accountability you need to show up for yourself and follow through so that you can get out of your own way and start showing up for yourself.
The workouts will be tailored to you. When you sign up, you will get a chance to chat with Amber so that she can get a sense of what you are looking for and what might work for your lifestyle. The workouts can all be done at home with minimal equipment or can be completed in the gym. You will get videos demonstrating how to do each of the workouts, posted in the private Facebook Group. Modifications will be available in the videos and exercise substitutions will be available upon request. The weekly group calls on Mondays nights, will be recorded and available on the Facebook Group for replay.
